The advance of liberalization is not responsible Europeanization, but the process of Europeanization has created another layer of political control that might be able to check and cut abuse of power by European actors. Lastly, Europeanization might be an essential factor in maintaining future competitive regimes in electricity sector more than telecoms sector.
